40 year in technical training, on and off camera

I started in the Norwegian Army Signal Corps (Hærens Samband) trained as a technical officer, including a one year UNIFIL deployment in Lebanon. After the military, I moved into IT — 40 years in the industry, including work with Notes and Domino since 1991, and two published textbooks along the way.

I'm not a natural public speaker. I learned to teach on camera and in the room the same way I'm asking you to: by building a repeatable system instead of waiting to feel confident first. TeachOps is that system.
