2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in the same way. They make the site work, remember your choices, and help us understand how the site is used.

3. Cookies and similar technologies we use

Our website runs on Kajabi. The list below reflects what we observed on teachops.online and may change when Kajabi or our providers update their services.

Strictly necessary

  • _kjb_session (Kajabi): keeps your session active, e.g. when you log in. Expires when you close the browser.
  • _kjb_ua_components (Kajabi): supports the site's page components.
  • POPUP-CSRF-TOKEN (Kajabi): protects forms and pop-ups against forgery.
  • AWSALBTG, AWSALBTGCORS (Amazon Web Services via Kajabi): load balancing so the site is delivered reliably.
  • __stripe_mid (Stripe): fraud prevention and secure payment processing.

Analytics and performance

  • rl_anonymous_id, rl_session, rl_page_init_referrer and related rudder_* local storage (RudderStack via Kajabi): anonymous visitor and session identifiers used for site analytics.
  • _dd_s_v2 (Datadog via Kajabi): session monitoring to measure performance and detect errors.
  • _abv (Kajabi): used for testing and measuring page variants.

Embedded video

  • Wistia (local storage keys such as wistia and wistia-video-progress-*): remembers playback settings and video progress. Videos embedded from YouTube may set cookies from Google/YouTube when played.

4. Legal basis

Strictly necessary cookies are used based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure and functioning site. For all other cookies we rely on your consent, in line with the Norwegian Electronic Communications Act (ekomloven) and the GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. How to manage cookies

  • Use the cookie settings or banner on our site, where available.
  • Change your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Instructions are found in your browser's help pages. Blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
  • Delete local storage via your browser's site data settings.

6. Third parties

Third-party providers (Kajabi, Stripe, Wistia, Google/YouTube, RudderStack, Datadog, Amazon Web Services) process data under their own privacy policies. Some are located outside the EEA; transfers are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
