1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of teachops.online and to all purchases of courses, digital products and services from TeachOps. TeachOps is a brand of Studio Nordstrønen (Tom Nordstrønen), registered in the Brønnøysund Register Centre, Norway, VAT number NO 947044745 MVA (studionordstronen.no). 2. Our products
We offer online video-based courses, downloadable resources and related content that help technical personnel and product owners build their own courses and become better instructors. Course content, lesson numbers and release dates may be adjusted. Courses marked as waitlist or pre-launch are released in stages as announced on the sales page.
3. Ordering, prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and include or exclude VAT as stated at checkout. Norwegian VAT is added where required by law.
- Founding or campaign prices and discount codes apply only during the stated period and cannot be combined unless stated.
- Payment is handled by third-party payment providers through Kajabi. We do not store your full card details.
- Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation by email.
4. Access and delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically. You normally receive access after payment is completed. Access is personal, non-transferable and lasts for the period stated at purchase (or for as long as the product is offered). We may update or remove content and will aim to give notice of major changes.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Your right of withdrawal and any refund are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. License and permitted use
When you buy a product you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own learning and, where stated, for building your own courses with the templates provided. You may not copy, resell, share login details, record, publicly distribute or otherwise exploit the material without written permission. See our Copyright Policy.
7. Your responsibilities
- Provide correct information when you order.
- Keep your login details secure.
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
8. Results and professional responsibility
Our courses provide education and guidance. We do not guarantee specific results, income, certification or outcomes. You are responsible for how you apply the material, including compliance with safety rules, regulations and requirements that apply to your own products and training. See our Disclaimer.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TeachOps and Studio Nordstrønen are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or data, or for interruptions caused by third-party services such as Kajabi, payment providers or video hosts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including consumer rights under Norwegian law.
10. Privacy and cookies
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. The date at the top shows the latest version.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be settled by the Norwegian courts, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Consumers in the EU/EEA may also use the European Commission online dispute resolution platform, and Norwegian consumers may contact the Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or the Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet).
